My intention at these retreats is to infuse your experience with the absolute experience of wellness. It’s not just about doing yoga and eating healthy, it’s the joy of roaring laughter, having a safe space to shed the tears you haven’t been able to cry, the love and support of a community that is genuinely interested in who you are.
Afro Yoga retreats are a space to be free, to show up exactly as you are and to bask in the abundance of leisure, luxury and softness you deserve. cancellation and covid policy
We put A LOT of time, energy, planning and money into bringing these experiences to life way before you arrive. This cancellation policy is a reflection of us honoring that commitment to you and respecting the time and energy we put in to make this possible. Finally, your funds are dispersed to support our luxury venue costs, retreat facilitators, food and beverage as well as gratuity for all staff on-site. And of course, the invaluable amount of intentionality, love and consideration we infuse into all aspects of this retreat.
All deposits are non-refundable. We understand life happens and for whatever reason you may not be able to attend. You must notify us at least 90 days prior in order to receive a full refund and 60 days to receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 30 days of the retreat date are non-refundable but transferrable to other retreat experiences. Refunds will be provided within 30 days of notification of cancellation. When you book your spot you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
UPDATED POLICY AS OF JAN 1, 2023
Within 7 days after booking, you can cancel for no reason and receive a full refund of your paid amount. Outside of that any payments made will be applied to a future retreat.
COVID Refund Policy: Should COVID prevent or cancel travel you will be provided a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If cancellations due to COVID arise within 60 days of the retreat, funds will be applied to a future retreat to be scheduled no later 12 months from the cancellation date.
All retreat attendees will be required to abide by country policies to enter and have a negative COVID test within 48 hours of arrival or proof of vaccination prior to or on arrival. If you fail to complete these guidelines you won’t be able to attend.
