An incredible conversation with Jennifer, a yoga teacher of color out of Marseille, France. Born and raised in a the island of Guadalupe she moves to Paris in her early twenties and has a cerebral stroke at 23 years old.Accidentally discovering yoga, it transforms her life and she becomes a yoga teacher.

Noticing the lack of wellness resources and experiences for Black people and African immigrants in Marseille, she became passionate about building an inclusive and diverse community.
